George is founder and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of executive on-boarding and transition acceleration group PrimeGenesis. Since the company's inception in 2002, George and PrimeGenesis have reduced the risk of failure fourfold among their clientele—from 40% to less than 10%—by helping them and their teams deliver better results faster. George has advanced through sales, marketing, and general management roles around the world with several members of the Fortune 500, including Lever Brothers (now Unilever), The Procter & Gamble Company, and The Coca-Cola Company. He also served J.D. Power and Associates as Chief Executive of its Power Information Network spin-off.
George holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He is co-author of The New Leader's 100-Day Action Plan, published by John Wiley and Sons in April 2006, and of Back to School Chats: Advice from Fathers to Sons, published by Durban House in November 2006.
