Mr. Haines has more than 25 years of consulting experience, in addition to having spent more than a decade with a Fortune 10 company. During that time, his focus has been almost exclusively on corporate strategy development and implementation, primarily in the Americas and Europe. He has worked for a broad spectrum of product-oriented companies across a wide range of industries, but always with an orientation toward creating shareholder value through world-class execution and product/service innovation. His approach to strategy deployment is “fact based and issue driven,” a perspective that he pioneered during his tenure at Braxton Associates. Throughout his career, Mr. Haines has worked with executive teams to ensure that their strategies are successfully deployed by properly aligning managerial actions and performance with the enterprise’s intended strategic direction.
In addition to his client-related activities, Mr. Haines recently served as Deloitte’s National Industry Leader - Consumer Business, which encompasses Consumer Packaged Goods, Durables, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, and Consumer Services. Prior to that role, Mr. Haines led the global CPG practice and the strategy practice at Deloitte. He also has been the advisory partner for several key clients and the lead consulting partner on numerous engagements.
